| Entertain examination form of students for FMPHW/MMPHW: Court | | | EARLY TIMES REPORT
Jammu, Feb 16: J&K High Court Jammu Wing today directed the respondents to entertain the examination forms of the students of the petitioner's institute for the examination of Female Multipurpose Health Workers and Male Multipurpose Health Work-ers, Pharmacist and Labora-tory Assistant Course and allow them to appear in the said examination on their own risk and responsibility.
Court further directed that result shall not be declared without permission of Court.
Justice Mansoor Ahmed Mir after hearing Sr. Adv Surinder Kour assisted by Adv Rajeev Gorka issued notice to State of J&K through Chief Secretary, Commissioner/Secretary to Health & Medical Educ-ation, Director Health Services Jammu, Chief Medical Officer Jammu and others returnable within four weeks and directed respondents to entertain the form of the students.
