The Chairman of PDP labour cell Ishtiyaq Qadri has congratulated the state finance minister, Tariq Hamid Qassa for presenting zero-deficit budget.
In a meeting held at party head quarters here, Qadri said, that the budget has not only taken case of PSU’s but carries the employment generation programme.
The meeting among others was attending PDP labour leaders from Srinagar, also hailed the budget.
The vice-chairman of PDP labour cell S. Sukhvinder Singh, Darshan Magotra, Thoru Ram, Nirmal Singh, Nissar Ahmed Mandoo, Parvez Ahmed, A.R Khan, GR Khan, Abdul Ahad, Farooq Pal, Mushtaq Wani and M. Ayub poor also attend the meeting and hailed the budget.
