Early Times Report Poonch, Feb 16 : Goods worth over Rs 1.42 crore was traded today between Jammu and Kashmir and Pakistan Occupied Kashmir (PoK) along LoC at Chakan-Da-Bagh crossing point here, officials said. As many as 25 trucks rolled out from Trade Facilitation Centre (TFC) at Ranger here to POK today carrying bags of chilli, onion, coriander, herbs and tamarind worth Rs 52,51,382, they said. From PoK, 10 trucks carrying bags of badam, dry dates, keenu, herbs, embroidery items and peshawari sandal worth Rs 90,27,800 crossed to this side. Officials from both the side monitored the transportation of these goods at the crossing point twice during the day from 1230 hours to 1300 hours and 1630 hours to 1700 hours, they added. |
