JKNPP to protest on day one of state assembly

Jammu, Feb 16: JKNPP has decided to hold a protest in front of the State Assembly on 23rd February, 2012 when the Budget Assembly Session shall start.
This was decided in a meeting of the Secretariat which was presided by the chairman Bhim Singh and attended by all the four legislators namely Harsh Dev Singh (leader of Legislature Party), Balwant Singh Mankotia (state president), Yashpual Kundal (state general secretary), Syed Mohd. Rafiq Shah (state president youth), Faqir Nath ex-MLA (provincial president), B.B. Kotwal adv. (vice-chairman), S.Daljit Singh state vice-president, Anita Thakur, H.C. Jalmeria, adv. (state general secretaries), Bansi Lal Sharma, adv. (political advisor to NPP), Shakti Gupta (state president-PTU), Rajinder Singh Manhas (president Shikayti Markaz), Jagdev Singh (coordination secretary) and Pushvinder Singh Manhas (senior state vice president youth).
The Panthers Party has appealed to all units of the Party including trade unions, young Panthers, NPSU, Kisan Committee, ex-servicemen to participate in the protest.
The Panthers Party protest shall seek immediate dismissal of the tainted, corrupt and non-functional coalition government. Its protest shall seek immediate dismissal of the tainted, corrupt and non-functional coalition government.
The party shall ask for Reorganization of the State of J&K without any delay and make both the Civil Secretariats functional at Srinagar and at Jammu and include delimitation of the Assembly constituencies as has been done throughout the country in respect of Parliament and Assemblies.
The party would also lay stress to roll back the anti-youth recruitment policy, jobs or social security for all youth.
