Rajouri, Feb 16: Students of Baba Ghulam Shah Badshah University (BGSBU) Rajouri, today held a massive demonstration to press their demand for better transportation.
They blocked the busy Sheema morh also known as University morh thereby disrupting traffic for quite some time.
The protestors raised slogans against the authorities. According to them, a few vehicles ply on the important road leading to the university.
“The lesser number of vehicles plying on this road hampers with our education”, they said.
The concerned DySP rushed to the spot and pacified the protestors. He assured the angry students immediate action. The Dy SP is expected to talk to the authorities shortly. |
