Delhi Blast accused out on conditional bail | To appear in 11th class examination | | Asif Iqbal Naik kishtwar, Feb 16: After remaining in jail for over five months for his alleged involvement in September 7 last year blast outside Delhi High Court, teenager Abid Hussain Bhawani accused of sending an email claiming the responsibility of the blast was enlarged on conditional bail from a juvenile home in Delhi to appear in special examination for 11th class scheduled to be held from 27-02-2012 to 2-3-2012. The release of teenager Abid Hussain comes after filling the surety bond of Rs. 10000 from his family members before the juvenile justice board. According to sources, the NIA did not oppose the plea moved by the council of the accused for his cooperation with the security agencies during the course of the investigation. The sources said that during the course of investigation it was found that Abid Hussain Bhawani had no direct role in execution of Delhi High Court blast and he was only found guilty of sending an email claiming the responsibility of the blast drafted by the two other accused along with other foreign militants. The sources said that in a well planed conspiracy Abid was used by the militants to send terror email. "We have monitored the day to day activities of Abid and after watching his activities, he (Abid) found to be a dull person in nature as well as in studies", the sources said. They said that keeping in view Abid Hussain's statement before the honorable court U/S 164 Cr.PC, his psychological condition as well as the age factor beside his cooperation, the NIA did not oppose the request of his release and also holding special examination arrangements for his T-2 examination. "When the juvenile board receives the confirmation of official date sheet from Jammu and Kashmir Board of School Education, the juvenile board ordered for release of Abid Hussain Bhawani with the plea that he (Abid) will cooperate with investigating agencies as and when required." The sources said. As per the official communication from JKBOSE wide his letter No: F(conduct-Sp-Exam) JD-2012 dated 8-02-2012 dully signed by joint secretary Examination, the juvenile board has allowed Abid Hussain Bhawani to appear in T2 Examination papers for English, Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics and Environmental Science w.e.f 27-02-2012 to 2-3-2012. The letter also reads that the Superintendent of Police NIA, Govt. of India, Ministry of Home Affairs will intimate the board officials five days prior to commencement of examination regarding the examination center of the candidate that is to be constituted within the J&K state after fulfilling all the required formalities including filling of admission cum permission form along with prescribed board fee through concerned institution, Islamia Faridia Higher Secondary School Kishtwar. Meanwhile NIA team has once again reached Kishtwar in connection with the ongoing probe into the case. The NIA reportedly scrutinized the school records of Amir Abbas Dev and Dr. Wassim Akram Malik presently in jail in connection with Delhi High Court blast. The NIA officials who were accompanied by the lawyer also held a series of meeting with senior police officers at Kishtwar District to know about the latest status of operation against the other militants involved in the blast. The sources said that NIA has also review the progress of the case pertaining to the identification of moveable and immoveable property details of all the absconding accused so that the process of attachment of the same will be initiated at an earliest. However the reasons behind scrutinizing the school records of Dr. Wassim Akram Malik, his brother Junaid Akram Malik and Amir Abbas Dev by the NIA salutes did not known. |
