| Sprawling Buds celebrates Annual Day | | |

JAMMU, Feb 17: Sprawling Buds School, Laxmipuran Chinore in Bantalab today celebrated Annual Day with great pomp and show at Abhinav Theatre, here.
Full of enthusiasm, the tiny tots of Sprawling Buds presented colourful cultural programme and enthralled the gathering of distinguished audience of parents and students.
To begin with the little toddlers from pre-nursery and nursery wings, who presented an eye catching fancy dress competition, the young students took part in Yoga Asana and also exhibited their martial art skills. It was followed by the presentation of various dance items by the students.
Senior IFS officer, OP Vidyarthi was chief guest, who felicitated students with distinguished achievements in academic, sports and other co-curricular activities.
Speaking on the occasion, the chief guest appreciated the efforts of the school in providing quality education by molding kids into all round characters at this young age.
Prominent among those present were general secretary of J&K Mountaineering Association, Ram Khajuria, Assistant Director Doordarshan, Sanjit Khajuria, Zonal Education Officer, Bhalwal, Kuldeep Singh and former Corporator, Subhash Bhagat.
Earlier, Director of the school, Arti Sharma welcomed the chief guest and other distinguished gathering at the function. It was followed by the presentation of annual report by the Principal of the school, Puja Sharma. She owes the credit of achievements of the school in a short span of time to the dedicated staff and cooperative parents. |
