Jammu, Feb 17: Responding to a writ petition filed by Indu Bushan regarding his promotion to the post of Chief Enforcement officer in JMC Jammu, Justice Mansoor Ahmed Mir in a significant interim order issued notices to Commissioner Secretary Housing and Urban development, J&K and Commissioner Jammu Municipal Corporation Jammu. The CMP was disposed off by directing the Commissioner Secretary Housing and Urban development, J&K and Commissioner Jammu Municipal Corporation to consider the case of petitioner within two weeks notice period. According to case, the petitioner Hindu Bushan was senior most for the post of Chief Enforcement officer in JMC Jammu after the retirement of CEO Ravi Kant. |
