KPC condemns attempts to harm KPs struggle | | | Early Times Report JAMMU, Feb 17: Kashmiri Pandit Conference (KPC) Chief condemned all those forces and elements with in and out side the community who are hell bent upon to damage Kashmiri Pandits' 22 years long struggle to achieve main objective of Consolidated Place for "Kashyap Home Land" in Kashmir valley. In a KPC party activists meeting today, its national president Kundan Kashmiri stated that these forces does not realize the pain of displacement of KP Community which in on crossroads and in exile from the last more than two decades and have been denied from all basic fundamental rights despite of being staunch nationalists. He said that the present as well as previous Govt's of the J&K state deliberately ignore and isolate the KP Community and appeased other communities for vote bank purposes. Further vehemently criticizing a controversial documentary on Kashmir titled "Jashn-e-Azadi" directed by Sanjay Kak, Kundan Kashmiri KPC Chief stated that this documentary on Kashmir is deliberate attempt to highlight and project only one side of the story in Kashmir and also intentional effort to tarnish the image of Indian Army in a bad way. Director of this documentary has also deliberately avoided highlighting the miseries and assaults faced by Kashmiri Pandits, he added. He applied to state & Centre Govt's to be serious towards the demands & problems of Kashmiri Pandit Community which include consolidated place for Kashyap Home Land in the valley and also appealed Sanjay Kak director of controversial documentary on Kashmir titled "Jashn-e-Azadi" to bring facts before the people of the world in respect of the humiliation, deaths and assaults faced by the community at the hands of militants, fundamentalists and so called secularists. |
