| MULLTI GYM inaugurated | | | Jammu|18 Jan
Group Captain JS Kler, VSM, Station Commander, Air Force Station Jammu inaugurated the Station Physical Fitness Centre cum Multi-Gymnasium and Recreation rooms for MES staff (Military Engineering Services) and Non combatants. Wing Commander Bapiraju, Chief Administrative Officer of Air Force Station Jammu gave the project report and said that to enhance the quality of life further at the Air Force Station Jammu the renovated modern multi-gymnasium has been provided with sophisticated equipment like electronic steppers, digital display cycles besides ab pro, joggers multi-gym kit, etc. Facilities are also provided for rope climbing, parallel bars, weight lifting, etc. The gymnasium is furnished with venetian blinds, PVC tiles, mirrors, music system, etc. The recreation rooms are furnished with tiles, modern furniture, TV, refrigerator, music system, etc. Addressing the station personnel on this occasion Group Captain JS Kler Station Commander congratulated concerned officers and staff and MES personnel for the good quality of work executed in the gymnasium and the recreation rooms. The Station Commander also said that additional gymnasium equipment and a few other recreational facilities would be provided soon, SAID A PIB (Defence Wing) release.
