| Rally on forest conservation, sustainable managements held | | | Early Times Report
Jammu, Feb18: Govt Middle School Mehmoodpur organized rally/campaign on Forest Conservation and sustainable managements among the general public.
A large number of prominent citizens, students and their parents of Mehmoodpur (Bishnah) participated in the Rally to save forest and environment organized by Govt. Girls Middle School, Mehmoodpur (Bishnah).
A colourful culture programme, painting, song-debate competition and prize distribution function , refreshment to the students and their parents and also plantation drive in the school premises were also held under the chairmanship of ZEPO Bishnah.
Prominent among others, who were presents in the function included S.Sutantar Singh, ZEPO Bishnah , PP Sharma , IFS (retd.) Sonia Pandita, Sarpanch Mehmoodpur , Surjeet Singh, Anupam Gupta , Head Master and Anju Kotwal, Richa Sharma, Shashi Bala, Shuchi Chopra, Amandeep Kour, Shashi Kant Sharma, Sukhbir Singh (all teachers) and also the committee members.Anupam Gupta, headmaster of the Institute welcomed and presented the vote of thanks. |
