| Lecture on ‘Career in Mathematics' organised | | | early times report
Jammu, Feb 18: The Department of Mathematics, Govt. College for Women, Parade Ground Jammu in collaboration with the Science Club of the college organized a lecture on "Career in Mathematics". On this occasion, B.S Komal was the chief guest. In his lecture, Komal discussed the various venues open in the field of Mathematics for adopting as a career.
Kiran Bakshi, principal of the College presided over the function.
She urged the students to learn Mathematical skills in order to build their future in the present technical and computer savvy world. Earlier Nischintak Sharma, HOD Mathematics welcomed the chief guest and other dignitaries present. The lecture was also attended by the members of the science club and other faculty members.
