| Rally on social justice flagged off | | | R S Pura , Feb 19:Today on the eve of world social Justice day, Global Green peace & Environmental protection (GGPEP) organized a awareness campaign at Village Samka at Indo-Pak national Border of Suchetgarh, R.S. Pura Jammu which passes through various villages Shamka, Tonkanwali, Fatehpur Salaria.
Nearly100 students from different schools Govt. Middle school, Guper Basti Govt. Girls Primary school, Smaka, Govt. Middle School Bera, Govt. Model Public School Samka, Maharaja Surajmal Institute of Education & Research Rangpur took active part by holding placards, charts, on social justices.
The rally was flaged off by headmaster Pawan Dev Singh Chib. Others who attended the awareness campaign include Jai Paul Singh, Balkar Singh Nagar, Swaran Singh (Sarpanch) etc.
Devinder Choudhary President of GGPEP said that social justice refers to idea of creating a society that is based on the principal of equality and solidarity that understands and values human rights that recognizes the dignity of every human being.
The modern concept of the term social justice was coined by the Jesuti Luigi Taparelli in 1840.
The word a social justice has taken on a very controverter & variable meaning depending on the whom it is used.
In last Choudhary thanked all the local public, women folk, farmers for taking part in rally. |
