| NMC urges to remove anomalies in SRO 93 | | | Early Times Report
JAMMU, Feb 19 : Subash Shastri, President of National Mazdoor Conference has appealed the Chief Minister Omar Abdullah to intervene personally and ensure that all the anomalies in the SRO-93 are removed.
Addressing a largely attended rally of the Employees of the floriculture deptt at Gandhi Nagar, today NMC Chief appealed Chief Minister him to consider removal of anomalies in the said SRO to satisfy all sections of employees. Shastri further demanded enhancement of the wages of daily wager from Rs. 125/- to Rs. 300/- per day.
Shastri appreciated Chief Minister and his all cabinet colleagues for taking keen interest in addressing the demands of salaried class and urged him for early regularizing of the services of daily wagers working in various govt. deptt.
Several Resolutions were passed in the meeting which included early reorganisation of the floriculture department, release of pending installment of 7% DA due from January Last.
