| Omar greets people on Shivratri | | | Early Times Report
Jammu, Feb 19: Chief Minister Omar Abdullah has greeted people on the occasion of Shivratri wishing them happiness and wellbeing.
In a greeting message issued here today Omar Abdullah said that Jammu and Kashmir has rich tradition of celebrating holy occasions and festivals in amity and brotherhood. He said Shivratri observed by Kashmir pundits as " Hairath" has been traditional event of Hindu Muslim brotherhood and harmony. He expressed the hope that the love bonds between various sections of the society would get further strengthened.
Omar Abdullah prayed for peace and prosperity of the State and the country. |
