| Locals block traffic on Jammu Poonch Road | | | EARLY TIMES REPORT
Rajouri, Feb 20: Jammu-Poonch National highway remained effected for over two hours in Rajal village of district Rajouri, when villagers triggered protest demonstration against public engineering department (PHE) for not providing water supply.
They alleged despite several requests department has failed to provide water supply to the people which results protest against department and their working condition.
The villagers blocked Jammu-Poonch highway for two hours and staged a protest demonstration.
The police and civil administration officers rushed to the spot and pacified the protestors assuring the protestors that their demands will be taken to concerned quarters. |
