Jammu, Feb-20 :- In a petition filed by one Shalinder Vaid, Proprietor of a construction company seeking direction for allowing him to participate in Technical Bid and financial Bid, Justice JP Singh of J&K High Court Jammu Wing after hearing the parties issued notice to State of J&K through Commissioner/Secretary PWD (R&B), Chief Engineer (R&B), Xen PWD (R&B) Const Division No -II Jammu and Director Incharge National Informatics Center Jammu.
Meanwhile the court directed respondents to permit petitioner's participation in Technical Bid and Financial Bid subject to determination of its eligibility and further directed that till next date of hearing the contract tendering committee shall not take final decision in the matter for allotment of contract for up gradation of Sidhra-Surinsar-Mansar Road notified vide e-NIT dated January 18, 2012. |
