| Pinto Club faces BGSBU in volleyball final | | | Early Times Report
POONCH, Feb 21: Pinto Club shall take on Baba Ghulam Shah Badshah University (BGSBU) in the final of the ongoing Rajouri Volleyball Championship, organised by Ace Spades Artillery Brigade of the Indian Army under Operation Sadbhavana at Government Degree College grounds, here tomorrow.
Earlier, in the semifinals, played today, BGSBU trounced Hamipur Fighters 2-1 (21-25, 25-17, 25-22) in a close contest. Later, the second semifinal was won by Pinto Club outplaying Shadhra Sharief in straight but close sets of 34-32, 25-22.
The competition is being organised to encourage sports and also to spread goodwill amongst the youth.
