| NIRC of ICAI awarded best branch | | | Early Times Report
JAMMU, Feb 21 : The J&K Branch of Northern Indian Regional Council (NIRC) of Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) was awarded the best branch in small category in a function held at New Delhi on the occasion of diamond jubilee celebrations of Northern Indian Regional Council.
CA. Subodh Kumar Agrawal vice president of ICAI was the chief guest on the occasion. Speaking on the occasion he applauded the efforts of the branch and hoped that other branched will also take the inspiration from the same.
He said as on date there are 129 branches all over India. The award was received by CA. Ajay Sawhney Chairman of the J&K Branch along with CA. Deepak Kapahi Secretary of the branch and CA.
Vishal Rometra Treasurer of the branch on behalf of the branch.
At the Seminar CA. R.K. Gupta and CA. Deepak Kapahi were honored by the Vice president of ICAI for their commendable contribution towards the CA profession.
CA R. K. Gupta is at present director in the J&K Bank. CA. Deepak Kapahi is the secretary of the J&K Branch and the convener of the J&K BJP CA Cell |
