| Srinagar-Jammu highway closed due to landslides | | | early times report
SRINAGAR, Feb 22: Srinagar-Jammu National Highway was closed again, due to landslides, triggered by heavy rains, at several places. Official sources said hundreds of vehicles, including those carrying passengers and trucks with essentials for the Kashmir valley, are stranded at several places on the highway after heavy rains triggered landslides and shooting stones at Panthal, Ramsu and Shaitan Nallah on the highway. The Border Roads Organisation (BRO), has pressed into service to clear the highway. |
