Prof soz does know that MLAs have challenged the factual and legal status of the so said self styled office bearers of BJP in the High Court and court has issued status quo orders. The Speaker has given verdict and maintained status quo but on what basis or understanding Prof Soz is demanding disqualification of MLAs.
Strongly condemning the statement of Prof Soz, Sapolia asked him to furnish the copy of said inquiry report wherein ``MLAs were charged with accepting huge money''.
``We have no party as public is our party'', said Sapolia, adding ``We have full backing of people and 2014 Assembly elections will prove this''.
He also stressed that the Assembly session starting from tomorrow should run smoothly and every -one should cooperate with Speaker. ~We will extend all cooperation to Speaker in running the session smoothly but in case any member demands our disqualification we will take on him with full might''.
