| CICOA meet held | | | Early Times Report
Jammu, Feb 22:An extra ordinary meeting of Community Information Center Operators Association Jammu and Kashmir was held at Civil Secretariat Jammu.
The executive members from both parts of Jammu and Kashmir participated in the meeting to discuss the issues like Regularization of services, Proper Grade and Proper Designation. The members were briefed about the outcome of meeting with worthy Chief Secratory of J&K, which was held yesterday in the office chambers of the Worthy Chief Secratory. It was decided unanimously that we should postpone our Mass Protest Program as the worthy Chief Secretary has assured us that the process for our regularization has already been initiated and will be completed in a short span of time. We CIC Operators are highly thankful to the worthy Chief Secretary, J&K for supporting our genuine demands and at the same time we caution the Govt. to keep its promises made with us otherwise we have no option but to come on roads for our genuine demands. We hope the process is completed in a short period of time as most of the operators have completed eight years in service. We are also thankful to Commissioner Secratory, IT for supporting our cause. |
