| Tarigami welcomes SAC notices to govt | | | Early Times Report
Jammu, Feb 23 : CPI (M) state secretary and MLA Kulgam, M Y Tarigami Thursday welcomed State Accountability Commission's recent notices to the state government on the appointment of advisors and chairmen of different boards.
Talking to KNS outside the Assembly, Tarigami said, "Such steps will restore the confidence of people in institutions.
People are eagerly waiting for reply from the government over the issue." On the conduct of smooth business in the Assembly, Tarigami said, "It is responsibility of legislators to raise issues of public interest in the House. And it is also responsibility of the government to give satisfactorily replies to such queries." |
