| JKLF Chief Malik appears in POTA Court | | One Lakh US Dollar case | | Early Times Report
Jammu, Feb 23 : Presiding Officer POTA Court Sanjay Parihar today partly heard the arguments on charge/discharge in much publicized one Lac US Dollar Case.
Today JKLF Supremo Mohd Yaseen Malik who is one of the alleged accused appeared in person and Sr. Adv ZA Shah with Adv Yogesh Bakshi argued on Charge/Discharge.
According to the case that One Lac US Dollar case, which was registered by the Kud police on March 23, 2002 and later on Investigation was transferred to Crime Branch Jammu, the Crime Branch after completion of the investigation has presented challan in the Court of POTA against JKLF Supremo Mohd Yaseen Malik, Mustaq Ahmed Dar and Sham ima alias Shazia alias Bitti are allegedly involved. It is to emntion here accused Shamima and Mustaq Ahmed Dar involved in One Lac US Dollar case, categorically denied before the CJM that they have made any statement before the police against JKLF Su premo's involvement in this case.
