| Speaker chairs BAC meet | | ASSEMBLY-2012 Business to start from 10.a.m | | Early Times Report
JAMMU, Feb 23 : The Business Advisory Committee (BAC) meeting was held under the chairmanship of Speaker, Jammu and Kashmir Legislative Assembly, Moha mmad Akbar Lone here today. Deputy Chief Minister, Tara Chand, Minister for Rural Development, Law, Justice and Parliamentary Affairs, Ali Mohammad Sagar, Minister for Agriculture, Ghulam Hassan Mir, Deputy Speaker, Mohammad Sartaj Madni, CPI (M) General Secretary and MLA, M. Y. Tarigami, legislators Choudhary Moha mmad Ramzan, Hakeem Mohammad Yaseen, Harhdev Singh, G. M. Saroori, Prof. Chaman Lal Gupta, A. R. Veeri, Ashwani Kumar Sharma and Jugal Kishore Sharma besides Secretary, Assembly, M. Ramzan and Secretary Law, G. H. Tantray attended the meeting.
It was unanimously decided in the meeting that the Business of Assembly will start from 10.a.m to 1.30 p.m from February 24. it was also decided that Question Hour shall not be allowed to disrupt in any case, however, any important public issue will be raised immediately after Question Hour with the proper permission from the Speaker. The BAC also decided that there will be discussion on Motion of Thanks on Governor's Address and reply thereto on 28th February, instead of Government Business. Chief Minister will also reply on the same date, the meeting decided. Tara Chand and Sagar assured the Committee that the Government will ensure the presence of Ministers during Zero Hour subject to that they will not be busy in Upper House.
