| Mahbooba talks to press | | | Jammu: Talking to media persons after walkout from the assembly, Mahbooba said that for last three years they been consistently asking for uniform distribution of funds but the government either chose to be selective or misappropriated the public money.
Mahbooba said that the government has totally failed in providing transparent and efficient administration to the people of the state.
The PDP Chief reiterated that the present dispensation led by Omar Abdullah was full of corrupt and that it had lost moral authority to govern. "Everyone in the cabinet including chief minister is facing charges of corruption and crime, they have lost moral authority to govern" said Mahbooba. She accused the ministers and their kith and kin of looting the state. "The left out funds have been allocated in arbitrary manner especially in the constituencies being represented by the Ministers and legislators of ruling parties. Development in the state has become constituency specific because funds are allotted only in the Ministers' constituencies", she said. |
