| Two day workshop organized on 'Action Research' | | | Early Times Report
Jammu, Feb 25 : Dogra College of Education organized a two days workshop on the topic "Action Research" in the college premises from Feb today in which Dr D R Kapoor National Level Monitor, Ministry of Rural Development, Govt of India is the resource person. Speaking on the inaugural day of workshop, Dr Kapoor stressed that research should be undertaken at all levels in order to update our knowledge. "Action research is a way of questioning our own practices and changing it in order to improve upon the teaching learning processes, he added. He also emphasized that Action Research is not only applied in the field of teaching learning process but also can be applied to many allied problems concerning us.
Earlier Dr Kiran Luthra, Principal Dogra College of Education formally welcomed the renowned educationist. Kr Samar Dev Singh Charak, Secretary Dogra Educational Trust, Prof. B Damral, Director Dogra College of Education, Prof. V K Kapoor Director cum principal Dogra Law College and all the faculty members were also present on the occasion.
