| Speed up sanctioning of constitutional guarantees: KHC | | | early times report
JAMMU, Feb 25 : Kash-miri Hindu Conference (KHC) met under the chairmanship of M.L Thusoo and expressed satisfaction over "Signals of shift between India and Pakistan almost converging on an agreement of allow sentiments return to normal and a new era of peace, development will re-start in trouble for Kashmiri. M.L Thusoo asked state government to speed up sanctioning of constitutional guarantees as proposed by human rights commission of India. K.L Ganjoo Sr vice president appealed the community members to rise to the occasion and strongly fight for their respectable return to the valley in one single town-ship.
He also welcomed the signals of shift between India and Pakistan when the Kashmir issue has lost its dimensions.
