| Evaluation test conducted by Harbans Bhalla Educational Tryst | | | Early Times Report
JAMMU, Feb 26 : Evaluation test for the children of class 1st to 10th was conducted by Harbans Bhalla Educational Trust today. 250 children came to appear in the test belongs to rural & border areas like, Akalpur, Arnia, Birpur, Bishnah, Bahufort, Chakrohi, Dansal, Gajansoo, Goupar, Jourian, Ranjari, and saruinsar etc. Selection test was also organized by HBET for the new prospective students for the new academic year 2012-13. 240 students were present for the selection test in the examination hall that is from class 1st to 4th. Refreshment was also given to all children and their parents.
Mentors of different above given areas were also invited to help in the evaluation and selection test and after that a mentors meeting was conducted by HBET Team with Managing trustee.
The Trust was established in 1997 with the objective of supporting educational needs of the children living in the rural/border areas.
The trust is making a noble & critical contribution to the society by reaching out to the needy students in the remote areas & helping them to pursue their education. Selection of students is made on the basis of academic merit and financial need from various schools of Jammu Region. |
