| Secy informs about Bills passed | | | Early Times Report
JAMMU, Feb 27: Secretary legislative council today informed the House that the following Bills passed by both the Houses of Legislature during the last session (September-October, 2011) have been assented by the Governor of Jammu and Kashmir.
These included Jammu and Kashmir Fiscal Responsibly and Budget Management (Second Amendment) Bill, 2011(L.A Bill No. 21 of 2011), The Jammu and Kashmir Representation of the People (Amendment) Bill , 2011(L.A Bill No. 17 of 2011), The Jammu and Kashmir State Vigilance Commission (Ame ndment) Bill, 2011 (L.A Bill No 19 of 2011) and Jammu and Kashmir State Value Added Tax (Amendment) Bill, 2011 (L.A Bill No. 20 of 2012). |
