JAMMU, Feb 27: On the motivation by Capt. Anil Gour, state president ex-servicemen wing PDP a large number of residents of Valmiki Colony, Gandhi Nagar Ward No 20 joined PDP. All the persons while reposing full faith in the leadership of Mufti Mohd Sayed & pledged that the party programs will be taken to the people in all corners of Jammu & amongst the Valmiki community in the state.
Amongst those who joined include Krishan Lal, Bablu, Bittu, Om Prakash, Happy, Rajinder, Balkar, Bali, Ranga, Shinda, Rajesh, Judge, Kewal, Milkhi Ram, Hukma, Krishan, Sonu, Harjinder, Jasbir, Joginder, Vinod, Munshi, Sonu & Joginder.
For ensuring that the welfare & other programme of the party are carried on properly these people formed a Community Welfare Committee & elected Krishan Lal - President, Bablu - Sr. Vice President, Bittu & Om Prakash as Vice Presidents, Happy - General Secretary with Shinda & Rajesh as secretaries, Ranga - publicity secretary & judge as treasurer.
S Tarlok Singh Bajwa, Vice President & Thakur Balbir Singh Gen. Secretary PDP while welcoming all these people to the party fold congratulated them on taking the decision to join PDP under the leadership of Mufti Sahib & Mehaboba Mufti Ji.
He also extolled them to start working for spreading the message of the party leadership amongst the masses at grass roots level. He urged them to work with dedication & ensure the victory of the PDP candidate of Ward 20 in the coming Municipality Elections Ved Mahajan, Daman Bhasin, Rajinder Manhas, S Varinder Singh Sonu, Suresh Sharma, Dicky Singh, Rashpal Billoria & Narinder Singh Raina, Dig Vijay Singh, E-Peter, Sohit Sharma, Nadeem Khan, S Sukhvinder Singh, Rafiq Choudhary, Amit Dhar' were also present on the occasion. |
