UDHAMPUR , Feb 28 : Youth Congress committee Udha mpur held a meeting under the chairmanship of Abay Partap Sharma at Udhampur. In this meeting he appealed through Media to the Union central Health Minister Gulam Nabi Azad , UPA Chairperson Sonia Gandhi and Rahul Gandhi to give chance to local senior most leaders of district Udha mpur for election as MLC which became vacant due to the death of Yash Pal Khu ajuria.
