| JK Convent School celebrates annual sport showcase day | | | JAMMU, Feb 28: JK Convent School, Subash Nagar, Jammu celebrated sports day here in its school premises.
On this occasion Dr Sudhir mahajan senior drama instructor, J&K Academy of Art, Culture and Languages was the chief guest while Sohan Soni, senior PDP leader presided over.
The function commenced with lighting of the lamp by the chief guest Dr Sudhir Mahajan echoed with Saraswati Vandana. The school children showed various spellbound sports activities through which they shown their hidden capabilities and capacities during their performances especially Judo Karate which was highly hailed by all presented on this occasion.
Dr Sudhir Mahajan in his address praised J K Convent for giving such a platform, opportunity and exposure to all kids and encouraged staff in his words.
Earlier, Rohit Bains , Director of the School welcomed the guests and also highlighted the achievements in the field of curricular and co-curricular activities.
He also expressed his gratitude towards staff and the instructors in order to achieve the the objectives and targets recommended in the education commission. |
