| GDC Bishnah organizes Plantation drive | | | | Jammu, Feb 28: GDC Bishnah organized a 'plantation drive' in the college premises on the theme "Forest for the sustainable livelihood." The said drive was organized under the supervision of Prof Preeti Dogra, Convener, Tawishi Eco Club, under NEAC 2011-12 and was sponsored by the Ministry of Environment & Forests. The drive was initiated by Prof Vijay Sharma a senior faculty who spoke on the role of trees in our lives & instructed them the art of plantation & taking their proper care. Prof Sunita Gupta, Prof Alka Gupta, Prof Jugal Kishore also spoke on the occasion |
