| NPSU holds protest against speaker remarks | | |  EARLY TIMES REPORT
Jammu, Feb 28: National Panthers Students Union (NPSU) today held a protest demonstration against the speaker of J&K legislative assembly Mohd Akbar Lone for remarks against the 'media.' NPSU activists gathered at Shahedi Sthal and staged protest. Amid slogans against NC-Cong coalition like "Mojuda Sarkar Barkhaast Karo; Governor Rule Laagu Karo", the protestors also burnt the effigy of speaker of J&K legistrative assembly.
Addressing the media Partap Singh Jamwal (provincial President NPSU) said NC-Cong state feared media apprehending the media will revel their illegal works.
Jamwal demanded from the Governor of J&K state to dissolve the J&K state assembly and the Governor rule will impose.
Other who were present in this protest including Yogesh Talwar, Vikram Partap Singh, Meash Bakshi, Ravinder Kumar, Rahul Prasher, Deepak Raj Panday, Vikram Singh Charak, and others. |
