| Dr Sushil Sharma takes over as Head Cardiology, GMC | | | Early Times Report
JAMMU, Feb 29: Dr Sushil Sharma has taken over as Head of the Department of Cardiology at GMC Jammu consequent upon the superannuation of Dr Mohan Lal.Dr Sharma, son of the soil, graduated from Government Medical College (GMC), Jammu in year 1990. Subsequently, he underwent MD in Internal Medicine and DM in Cardiology at Post Graduate Institute (PGI), Chan digarh. He is known for his aptitude towards interventional Cardiology and till now has performed more than 1000 interventional procedures at GMC Jammu. Dr Sharma is known for his compassion towards poor and ailing. He is associated with national and international faculty of intervention cardiology and member of European society of Intervention cardiology. He has number of publications to his credit in national and international journals. |
