Today SDM Bhadarwah took surprise visit of various departments of town and deducted the one day salary of the employees who found absent from the duty .According to SDM Bhadarwah P.K.Pole on the basis of complaint from general masses from the last so many days ,this hard step is taken and added in near future more surprise visits will be taken in various departments to maintain work culture and punctuality .
SDM Bhadarwah P.K Pole took surprise visit of Sub Distt. Hospital Bhadarwah, SKUAST, Horticulture Dep't., BDO Office, Irrigation and Flood Control Dep't, R&B, PHE, I.T.I and Others Departments. Talking to this correspondent SDM Bhadarwah informed that in some Dep't. He found 95% above attendance and also up to date attendance registers and added in some departments the attendance registers are under lock and no one was present. SDM further informed that against the absentees necessary action will be initiated and we will deduct one day salary of absente employees Different social and political leaders also appreciated the step taken by P K Pole for maintaining work, good governance and punctuality as allowances by the chief minister . |
