He said that similarly Chief Education Officer Kishtwar was attached as a result of which the important post of CEO falls vacant and thus effected the day to day working of the department.
He said that the District Hospital Kishtwar already suffers on account of shortage of doctors, but in addition to this few doctors were transferred, but there will be no replacement for them as a result of which large number of people suffers on this count as well. Siddiqui also lashes at the government for enhancing the Power Tariffs and Water Tax. He urged upon the Chief Minister Omar Abdullah to raise above the political standard and appoint the CEO Kishtwar with immediate effect since he is himself holding the portfolio of Education Minister, beside to direct the Minister of Revenue and Health to fill up the post of ADC Kishtwar, ADDC Kishtwar and doctors laying vacant in the District Kishtwar so that the people do not suffer any more.
