| DB stays writ court order | | | Early Times Report
Jammu, Mar 1 : Justice Mohammad Yaqoob Mir and Justice Muzaffar Hussain Attar today stayed a writ court order as regards the diversion of direct quota for sessions judges. The court directive came in a LPA filed by high court registrar general against the November 29, 2011, order of writ court. The special division bench Justice Mir and Justice Attar admitted the LPA to hearing and called record from the writ court, while staying its order. The division bench, however, made it clear that the quota of 25 per cent to the direct recruitments would not be affected. |
