| Safai karamcharis stir turns Udhampur into a 'mess' | | | | Udhampur, Mar 1: Due to the ongoing strike of safai karamcharis of Municipal Council Udhampur, the entire Udhampur town has turned into garbage dump as the huge heaps of garbage could be seen in corner of the town. Various Political and non- political groups support the ongoing strike of the safai karam charies. Pawan Gupta state vice -president BJP Udhampur told that due to the strike of safai karamcharies, the whole city is converting into a garbage dump. The situation of ward number thirteen are in worst condition. He said that the genuine demands of safai karamcharies should be fulfilled as earliest. Meanwhile Kaka Hussain President safai karamchari Union Udhampur told that our demands are genuine demands as the prices of daily commodities are increasing and we (safai karamccharis) are not able to survive with three thousand monthly honorarium. |
