| Bankers review meeting held | | | Early Times Report
JAMMU, Mar 1: A State Level Monitoring Committee and Bankers review meeting under the Chairmanship of Commissioner/Secretary Industries and Commerce, Umang Narula was organised by the J&K Khadi & Village Industries Board (KVIB) today at Hotel Fortune Inn Riviera to review the performance under Prime Minister's Employment Generation Programme (PMEGP) being implemented by the KVIC, KVIB & DIC.
The Director I&C and Rural Development, Jammu, Managing Director, Women Development Corporation, State Director KVIC, Secretary/CEO KVIB, AGM, the Lead District Manager and Branch Managers of various Branches of J&K Bank,
PNB, SBI, JGB and representative from NABARD were also present in the meeting.
The Commissioner/Secretary Industries & Commerce, Umang Narula asked the bankers to sanction the loans being sponsored afresh by the implementing agencies of PMEGP by releasing 1st instalment so that the Margin money claims are settled before the end of current financial year. |
