"Just then, DySP Traffic Anwar Haq appeared on the scene who using abusive language thrashed him, complainant said.
After the incident, Sudesh Raina lodged complaint with Channi Himmat police and IGP Traffic Himmant Kumar Lohia simultaneously. IGP traffic directed the same to the SSP Traffic Manmohan Singh for inquiry. While inquiry was in progress, the matter was reported to the IGP Jammu Dilbagh Singh who directed SP South Rajeshwer Singh to lodge assault case against the cop with police station Channi Himmat after inquiry. Meanwhile Sudesh had gone to SP South who as per direction order SHO Channi to lodge complaint against the DySP Traffic, but the victim had not succeeded to get his complaint registered.
