| PNB organizes 'builders meet' | | | Early Times Report
Jammu Mar 3: Punjab National Bank (PNB) organizes Builders Meet today at Hotel Asia in which prominent builders operating in the state participated. The meet was inaugurated by Ashok Gupta, Circle Head, J&K Operations.
Speaking at the function special invitee Circle Head PNB, informed the participants that the main purpose of the meet was to bridge the gap between the builders and the Bank so as to dispel various benefits of availing Housing Loan from banking sector.
He also added that the broad structure of the Housing Loan scheme needs to be understood by the builders as well which in turn shall prove beneficiary to Builder, Public in general and' Bank. It was informed to the participants that Housing Loan is offered at concessional Rate of Interest with additional benefits like INCOME TAX Rebates under various sections of Income Tax Act.
