| NYWL organizes cultural event at Bhalwal | | | Early Times Report
JAMMU, Mar 3:Nav Yug Women Liberation, an NGO in collaboration with Nehru Yuva Kendra Sangathan organized one day Cultural event at village and Panchayat Kangrail in block Bhalwal.
In the cultural event a large number of village youth participated and entertained the guests with their artistic talents including singing and dancing. More than 7 items were presented which include Dogri Songs, Group Dance, , Folk Dance, Punjbai Dance, Giddah, Kashmiri Song and Dance. Lauding the efforts of the NGO, Nav Yug Women Liberation, Sarparnch of the Panchyat Kangrail, Kasturi lal Sharma said such more activities are required to bring the talent of the rural youth into main stream, he also congratulated the NYKS, Jammu for organizing such events in rural areas. Speaking at the occasion Sneh Lata, President of the NYWL appreciated the participants and said that she would urge the authorities to conduct such more events in block Bhalwal. Others who were present on the event include Panch, Nisha and Vinod of Kangrail villages besides a large number of senior and respectable of the area. After prize distribution Sneh lata on behalf of NYWL and NYKS presented memento to Sarpanch and thanked the villages. |
