| Police installs water coolers under CAP | | | UDHAMPUR, Mar 3: Udhampur Police today installed 5 water coolers at various busy public places of Udhampur and Garhi areas.
While inaugurating the Water coolers, SSP Udhampur , Shakeel Ahmed Beig said; purpose of installing water coolers for the general public under Civic Action Programme (CAP) was to bring the gap between police and public by providing clean and chilled drinking water to the general public at some busy public places of Udhampur and Garhi areas with acute drinking water shortage. This will provide a sigh of relief to the general public during scorching heat of upcoming summer season.
The coolers were installed at MH Chowk, Near Town Hall, Sallain Talab, Near Court Complex and Main Bazar Garhi.
The general public of Udhampur and Garhi areas highly appreciated the people friendly approach of Udhampur Police. |
