JAMMU, Mar 4: Jammu & Kashmir Political Migrants' Front (PMF) under the chairmanship of Sheikh Mohi-ud-din Shabnam today organized the martyrs' day in the memory of victims of Chattisinghpora, Wandhama, Nadimarg, Kulhand Doda and all others who lost their lives during turmoil in the state
Minister for Home Nasir Aslam Wani was the chief guest in the function who besides all others paid tributes to the martyrs. The Political Migrants' front thanked the minister for his participation in the programme. The Front put forth some demands before the Minister who assured the workers for the fulfilment of the same on priority.
Various political migrant workers who spoke in the function and paid tributes to the martyrs include Nanak Singh Bedi, Ravi Razdan, Sheela Handoo, Nazir Ahmed Mir, Bal Krishan, Mohd Hussain Ganie, Mohd Maqbool Bhat, Abida, Nigeena, Narinder Kour, A K Bhat and others. |
