| PDP, BJP, JKNPP stage walk-out from Assembly | | | Early Times Report
JAMMU, Mar 5 : Opposition parties, including mainstream Peoples Democratic Party, BJP and Jammu and Kashmir National Panthers Party, today staged a walk-out from the Assembly on different issues.
PDP MLAs Abdul Gaffar Sofi and Abdul Rehman Veeri staged walk-out from the House for not getting 'satisfactory' replies from the government on the questions raised by them during the question hour. The legislators alleged that the government is 'misleading' the House and not in a position to disclose the facts. BJP and JKNPP legislators raised the issue of custodian property. Not satisfied with the government's reply, they also walked out of the House. Later during the zero hour, the PDP created ruckus and jumped to the well demanding time from the Speaker to raise the issues concerning the common man. |
