| HC reserves order | | | JAMMU, Mar 5: : In a petition filed by her, Khem Lata Wakhloo, chairperson of the state social welfare board (SWB), has challenged an order of state accountability commission (SAC), seeking quashment of the notice issued to her by it.
High court judge, Justice Mansoor Ahmed Mir, after hearing the counsels of the two sides, reserved the order. In the petition, Wakhloo sought the quashment of notice issued by SAC in a complaint filed by one Wali Mohammad Rather in which the principal allegation was that she had been enjoying salary, perks and other amenities admissible to a minister of state even as she was not entitled to all such facilities. |
