| Appointment of Vinod Koul as Secy J&K Tech Edu hailed | | | | Jammu, Mar 6: Field Staff Association of Youth Services & Sports Department held a meeting here today in which members hailed the adjustment of Vinod Koul, IAS as Secretary to Govt Tech Edu./Youth Services & Sports. The meeting expressed its full faith in the new Secretary for reforming and re-shaping the policies of the Department to its desired level. During the meeting the members hoped that issues including the up-gradation of pay-scale in favour of Zonal Physical education Officers and Lecturers (PE) and also referring of 50% posts of Lecturers (PE) to PSC for appointment of Lecturers (PE) as direct candidates and promotion of Physical Education Masters for the post of Zonal Physical Education Officers will be sorted out by the new appointee. The meeting also hailed and appreciated the efforts of Jaipal Singh, KAS, the Director, Youth Services & Sports for taking keen interest in alternating the problems of various categories of employees of the Department. |
