| CM visits Arnia, listens to people’s woes | | |

Amidst warm reception, chanting of slogans, showering of flowers petals and in the atmosphere of jubilance; thousands of residents of Arnia and its neighbourings areas came out to meet Chief Minister Gulam Nabi Azad who was on his first visit to the area after becoming Chief Miniter.
While addressing the gathering, Chief Minister said that the people of borders villages have always faced difficulties and problems be it during partition or during the wars. President Pardesh Congress committee and Education Minister Peerzada Mohd. Sayeed, Minister for health & Medical Education Mangat Ram Sahrma, Minister for Sports & Youth Service Babu Singh, MP Madan Lal Sharma, Ex MP Janark Raj Gupta, MLA Suman Lata Bhagat, Mayor Manmohan Singh, Swarn Lata Mahila wing Congress leader. MLC A S Micky, Chatur Singh Saini, Thakur Balwaan Singh, Dr. Dubey, Shashi Sharma were also present at the public meeting.
